Do you ship worldwide? How much does the shipping cost?
Yes - we do ship worldwide! We offer customers,
- FREE shipping on orders over HKD $250 for HK local delivery
- HKD $30 delivery cost on orders on or under HKD $250
- HKD $200 delivery cost for shipping to US or European countries

High level estimation on shipping duration:
Hong Kong : 5 - 7 business days
US and European countries : 25 - 30 + business days

Processing Time
Handmade products may take time so please bear with us the extra time and effort required to produce the products with special care and love. Please do check with us the exact time required for handmade products.
As such we recommend purchasing 1 - 2 1/2 months in advance if you are purchasing this as a gift for a loved ones especially demand is high due to popular holiday season but we will always try our best to work and deliver as fast as we can.
Normally item will be shipped from our international warehouse, depending on which is closer to your location.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, please do contact us and we'll fix it!
